Bobi Labs LLC · Founder & Product Lead

01/2025 - Present

  • Led product and delivery of a full-stack field operations platform for a forestry operator: offline mobile timesheets for crews without cell signal, bilingual EN/ES at full parity, and role-based dashboards across six roles. Replaced paper timesheets and Excel payroll.
  • Shipped 11+ scoped, priced, and signed-off production deliverables over five months on that engagement, including document ingest that loaded 91 percent of the historical payroll record through purpose-built parsers instead of re-keying.
  • Grew expense-to-project attribution from 42 to 81 percent of transactions and automated employee attribution to 99.7 percent.
  • Run the studio's own products in production: a prediction market analytics dashboard, a scored lead engine with human-gated outreach, and a free MIT-licensed work tracker.

  • The client platform runs a 72-table Postgres schema with 100 forward-only migrations shipped against live production over five months; row-level security is enabled across all 72 tables with anonymous access closed and regression-tested nightly.
  • Designed a type-safe query and mutation registry pattern, now standard across all studio work; on its largest deployment 369 tests are generated straight from the registry, so a drifted cache key fails CI instead of shipping a wrong number.
  • Built a procurement discovery engine inside the platform: 54 sources cataloged, 21 registered scrapers, 609 runs at 97.9 percent success, with deduplication suppressing 86 percent of raw candidates and competitor intelligence built from public award data.
  • Built and open-sourced Meeting Co-Pilot: a real-time meeting copilot on Deepgram speech to text, with a two-stage LLM pipeline that cuts inference cost roughly 95 percent per call.
  • Offline-first field design: cached reference tables so forms work with no connection, a seven-day cached auth window, retry-with-backoff replay, and a visible pending-count badge; 103 tests cover the offline queue alone.
  • Co-founded Trove Wallet in 2024, a pro-grade Solana desktop wallet for power users; it did not reach the milestone needed to keep building and was archived. An honest career artifact whose lessons shape how the studio scopes Web3 work today.

07/2023 - 01/2025

  • Guided the end-to-end overhaul of the Giving Days product, driving improved user experience and engagement by 15%. Nine clients live at launch with five more scheduled.
  • Owned the Chariot DAFpay partnership business case end to end: market sizing at $9.84B TAM, partner evaluation (a 3-click donation flow against 15+ click alternatives), pricing negotiation, and the launch epics. Phase 1 shipped Q4 2024 with early adoption tracking to projection.
  • Introduced fundraising tools that let individuals and teams creatively engage donors through flexible giving experiences.
  • Modernized a legacy fundraising platform into a scalable, self-service, mobile-friendly experience.

  • Shipped three core products (the Reloader, the Entangler, and the Proof of Pizza verification protocol), relaunching over a dozen community projects from intake to full autonomy; 10k+ users under the umbrella.
  • Designed the intake standards and trust layer that kept a fast-growing catalog of community projects credible as it scaled.
  • Delivered blockchain solutions balancing innovation with regulatory and user requirements, and incorporated the first DAO LLC in our ecosystem so others could follow the model.
  • Worked with senior leadership to secure initial fundraising and launch our zero-to-one products.
